My work is rooted in psychotherapy— and extends beyond it.
You can read more about my approach to psychotherapy — read more here.
I work relationally and responsively, staying close to what you are carrying — in your body, your experiences, and patterns that have formed over time.
I meet you as a whole, and we begin there.
Over time, something often begins to shift — a greater sense of connection to yourself, and the ability to stay with what’s happening.
How we work
We start with what’s here.
Sometimes that looks like talking things through —relationships, patterns, grief, or something that’s been hard to name.
Other times, we slow down and pay attention in different ways — to the body, to what’s underneath the words, to what’s been carried for a long time.
I’m not working from a set method — we follow what feels most alive, most needed, or most present — and where there’s something to tend.
If this feels like a fit, you’re welcome to reach out or schedule a consultation.
Who this work supports
This work tends to draw people who are in the middle of something —
not at the beginning, and not yet on the other side.
Often there’s a sense that something is shifting, but it hasn’t fully taken shape yet.
This may include:
grief or loss that is still active
longstanding relational patterns, often shaped by attachment, family systems, and what is often understood as CPTSD
being in a threshold or period of transition, where patterns are no longer working
relationship dynamics that are hard to untangle alone
questions about who you are or who you’re becoming
experiences that feel both psychological and something more
Ways we can work together
There are different ways we can work together.
The modalities I use—psychotherapy, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, and ancestral work—aren’t separate tracks. They’re part of the same body of work, and we draw on them as needed.
All work begins with a consultation to see what’s needed and what feels like a fit.
Ongoing therapeutic work
This is a space for deeper, ongoing work.
We meet regularly and stay close to what is present—
allowing patterns to emerge, shift, and be tended to over time.
This can be especially supportive if you’re wanting to understand long-standing patterns,
move through more layered experiences.
There’s no set agenda.
We work at a pace that feels sustainable and grounded.
Short-term or focused support
Sometimes what’s needed is more contained support around something specific.
This might look like a handful of sessions focused on a current challenge, transition, or decision.
We stay close to what’s most immediate,
while still working with care and depth.
Support for Practitioners
This is a space for those who are supporting others in some capacity —
therapists, healers, and people working in activist or care-based roles.
The work can include tending to burnout or overwhelm, having a place to think and feel through what you’re carrying and how it’s showing up in you, reflecting on client dynamics, and navigating complexity in your work.
It’s also a space for those holding a lot — relationally, emotionally, or systemically —
and wanting support that can meet that with some depth and nuance.
I offer a small, in-person group for practitioners exploring touch and attunement in relational ways.
