Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
This is a hands-on way of working with the nervous system.
It’s subtle
Slow.
Deeply settling.
In these sessions, we’re not trying to fix anything.
We’re listening for what your system is holding—and what it might be ready to shift.
My background as a psychotherapist shapes how I work. I’m tracking what’s happening in your body, and also what’s happening between us—moment to moment. This allows the work to stay grounded, relational, and responsive to what’s actually unfolding. This way of working can support people navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, and histories where safety has been disrupted.
People come to this work for different reasons.
Sometimes anxiety or stress won’t settle.
Sometimes there’s a sense of being disconnected from yourself, or from your body.
Sometimes there are more specific entry points—recovering from a concussion or surgery, navigating a difficult cycle in the body, or finding it hard to stay present with other people without losing yourself.
In these sessions, we move in a way that supports your autonomy.
We follow what feels right in your system—around contact, pace, and where we go or don’t go.
You don’t have to know what that is ahead of time. We figure that out together as we go.
Over time, this can create enough steadiness for something to begin to shift.
I don’t disappear in this work, and I don’t take over.
There’s a kind of back-and-forth that happens here.
Something we’re both part of, and responding to in real time.
I bring clarity, steadiness, and a sense of humor—when it’s needed.
You bring your experience, your signals, your sense of what feels right or not.
We pay attention to what’s happening between us, and let that guide the work.
Sessions are about 60 minutes.
You remain fully clothed, and the work is done through light touch.
We begin with a brief check-in and move at a pace that feels right for you.
I trained and am certified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist through the Colorado School of Energy Studies
