This work is my craft.

I’ve spent decades studying the human psyche, the nervous system, the deeper intelligence held in the body.

Real transformation happens when we learn to stay present with what is truly alive inside us — anger, grief, joy, longing —

without immediately being pulled away by old beliefs or nervous system patterns.

I hold a dual Master’s degree in Psychology and Education and have worked as a psychotherapist and educator for over twenty years.

I am also trained in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and movement-based therapeutic support.

These approaches allow me to work not only with the mind, but with the nervous system and body where many of our deepest patterns live.

Over time I’ve come to trust the kind of wisdom that grows from living in both the human and the spiritual dimensions of life.

True freedom happens when we recognize that we are both embodied and expansive beings.

Much of my life has been devoted to exploring and living that truth.

There is an art to being unapologetically yourself. When you are living from that place, your life naturally starts to take a different shape.

My presence is grounded, precise, and warm.

I take the work seriously, but I also believe laughter and humanity belong in the healing process.

My background in social justice work has deeply shaped how I understand healing. Personal transformation does not happen in isolation — it unfolds within relational, cultural, and systemic contexts. I care deeply about equity, community, and the possibility of building a world where people can live with greater authenticity, dignity and connection.

I live this work in my own life.

My work is to help you discover your own.
